Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept Debit, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept personal cheques. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (250) 900 9232.

We strive for complete transparency in financial matters. Hence, we always include an estimate of the fees associated with the proposed care before starting treatment.It is not uncommon for certain treatment(s) to not be fully covered; nevertheless, we will help you maximize the reimbursement you are eligible for. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Please be aware you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Please note, if travelling out of province or internationally after your procedure, please be sure to carry adequate medical travel insurance as the fees associated with post-operative complications can be substantial. Dr. Bikey is not responsible for any fees associated with obtaining post-operative care elsewhere.
